I am a mother and a daughter, a sister and a seeker, someone who lives and breathes intention and love on my little patch of earth in the open country of Central Texas.

After working with midwives closely for years I came to herbalism like many others, with curiosity and a passion for self-care and self-reliance.

I believe that each of us can be our own best healthcare provider and I believe Mother Earth provides. I also believe that we get by with community. I’m here to not only empower you with plant knowledge but to provide a hand and a shoulder.

As a blooming herbalist I have had my hands in the dirt, my face to the sun, and my heart open. I’m forever a student and am here to listen to the plants and be a conduit between you and them.

I prepare small batch medicine that is lovingly and carefully made. In addition to these generally used formulas I also offer myself to work with you individually, as needed, to cater to your specific needs.
